Digital Account Manager

Working as an integral part of our established digital team, you will be responsible for the account management of your own portfolio of clients and accountable for ensuring that ROI objectives and client retention targets are met.

Specifically you will be expected to :-

  • Present digital solutions to clients;
  • Pro actively manage the strategic direction of clients’ digital campaigns – predominantly but not exclusively PPC - providing a first class account management service;
  • Analyse account performance and make accompanying recommendations for improvement and then implement these;
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in all relevant areas of digital marketing including social.

You will have a thorough understanding of the search market; strategies, implementation, tracking and reporting and be a qualified Google adwords professional. A strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, you will enjoy working with and presenting to clients.
